Clinics are closing and reopening. Lawsuits are being filed. Trigger bans and other pro-life laws are being blocked, unblocked, and blocked again.

At press time, laws in nine states are in effect criminalizing abortion throughout pregnancy with virtually no exceptions. A recent survey conducted by Heartbeat International found that nearly one-third of its pregnancy resource center affiliates had been the target of an attack just since the beginning of May. Now Sen. Elizabeth Warren is trying to shut them down.
